Privacy Policy
This policy explains what personal information EVO Proptech Advisory ("EVO Proptech", "we", "us") collects when you use this website or engage us for a Property Health Score report, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
We collect only what we need to respond to you and to produce the report you have asked for:
- Contact details you submit through a form on this site — your name, mobile number, email address and, where you provide it, your budget range and preferred locality.
- Property details you share with us in order for us to run our checks — the address, project name, builder, configuration and quoted price of the property you are considering.
- Usage data generated automatically when you browse, such as pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP address, referring source, and device and browser type.
We do not ask for, and you should not send us, your bank account details, card numbers, passwords, Aadhaar number or PAN through this website.
How we use it
- To contact you about your enquiry, usually by WhatsApp or phone within two working hours.
- To research and produce your Property Health Score report.
- To send you the free checklist, if you requested it, and occasional related material. Every such email carries an unsubscribe link.
- To understand how the site is used, so we can improve it.
- To meet our legal, tax and record-keeping obligations.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your contact details with builders, brokers, developers or lenders — this is fundamental to our being independent, not merely a policy preference.
Who we share it with
We share personal information only with service providers who help us operate — for example our email delivery provider, hosting provider and analytics provider — and only to the extent they need it to perform that service. They are required to protect it and may not use it for their own purposes. We may also disclose information where the law requires it, or to establish or defend a legal claim.
Public records
Our reports draw on publicly available records, including RERA portal filings, sub-registrar transaction data, encumbrance certificates, court records and corporate filings. This is information about properties, projects and companies. We do not compile profiles of private individuals beyond what is necessary to verify the title chain of the specific property you have asked us to assess.
How long we keep it
We retain enquiry records for up to 24 months from your last contact with us. Where we have delivered a report, we retain the report and its supporting research for up to 7 years, so that we can answer later questions and meet record-keeping obligations. You may ask us to delete your data sooner, subject to those obligations.
Cookies and analytics
This site uses a small amount of browser storage to remember whether you have dismissed the offer banner during your visit. Where analytics are enabled, they are used in aggregate to understand which sections of the page people read, and are not used to identify you personally. You can block or clear cookies through your browser settings without losing access to the site.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information, including encrypted transport and access controls limited to staff who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You may ask us to give you a copy of the personal information we hold about you, to correct it if it is inaccurate, to delete it, or to stop sending you marketing messages. Write to hello@evoproptech.com and we will respond within 30 days. You may also unsubscribe from any marketing email using the link in that email.
Children
This site is intended for adults making property decisions. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes affecting how we use information already collected will be notified to you directly where we hold your contact details.
